Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened pet food packs
  • Used or partially consumed items
  • Products without original packaging

Return Process
